Walking Programs

Walking is a wonder drug and it’s accessible for almost everyone. Even modest levels of activity done daily for 30 minutes can help you maintain physical health, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordinator, strengthen your immune system, and reduce stress and tension.

Join us May through October in the Walk Massachusetts Challenge, a unique and fun walking program from MCOA.
